Shonja of the Black Fjords was born beneath a sky of iron storms. Daughter of a raider chieftain slain by southern mercenaries, she learned the sword before she learned tenderness, honing her craft in blood-duels upon frozen tides. She is both mercenary and avenger, wielding the ancient greatsword Frostmourne with a skill that leaves armored men butchered where they stood. Kings seek to bed her, warlords seek to hire her, and priests whisper she is cursed by forgotten northern gods, for wherever Shonja strides, battle follows like thunder behind a tempest wind.
