Wow. I am overwhelmed. The first run of the painted "Legend of the Kitsune" parts, which is the debut release from my new company, sold out in just about 15 minutes. I honestly was not sure what to expect, but this blew me away and I just wanted to say "thank you" so much to everyone who placed an order to support this project. I recognized so many names on these orders, and it was incredible to see the community of Mythic Legions and toys fans embrace this project and Wolf King Customs. Of course, I know that not everyone who wanted these parts got them, so here's what's next.
First off, we need to finish the parts for these orders! I have been printing in advance of today's sale, so I have a nice start on the actual printed pieces. Once the entire run is printed, I will ship them off to Jeremy "Mythic Customs" Girard so he can paint them all for you! They will then be shipped back to me for final packaging and order fulfillment. As stated in the orders, this entire process should take around 4-6 weeks. We know you are anxious to get these in hand, and we are also excited to get them to you, so trust me when I say that we will get these done as quickly as possible!
The next sale will be for the unpainted Kitsune parts. My goal is to have an announcement on that sale date in the coming weeks.
Finally, once the first run of orders if shipped out and the unpainted sale is done, if there is demand for a second run of painted pieces, which it certainly seems there will be, we will look into doing another sale for painted pieces (I just need to rope Jeremy into agreeing to paint more foxes!).
Besides the "Legend of the Kitsune" series, I am also hard at work on other projects, including a number of smaller add-on pieces and weapons, as well as some "figure kit" projects like what we did for the Kitsunes, for the the future.
Once again, THANK YOU to everyone who not only ordered today, but also to anyone who liked our posts, shared the pictures, and helped spread the word on Wolf King Customs. Ok, now I need to get back to printing! I have lots of Kitsune heads and tails to pump out!
